Ecovision

EcoVision is a platform that helps residents easily visualise sustainable streets using AI and communicate with the municipality.

Challenge

My MCube Street of Tomorrow” – How can AI help people imagine the urban mobility transition at their own doorstep

We aim to create an AI-powered digital tool that helps citizens and municipalities visualize sustainable mobility futures right on their doorstep—personalized, playful, and easy to share. The goal: make MCube’s research tangible, inspire local action, and scale impact through digital storytelling and social platforms.

About the prototype

EcoVision is an interactive web platform that allows citizens to actively shape the future of their neighbourhoods. Through a question-based interface, users can co-create sustainable street designs that reflect local needs and values. Artificial intelligence is integrated into the platform, which generates streets based on the responses received from users. A ranking is then generated and it is possible to vote for the most interesting options. EcoVision bridges the gap between the municipality, professional planning and public engagement, turning community ideas into real urban redevelopment.
