About the prototype

Bechtle faces the challenge of preserving decades of tacit knowledge as experienced employees retire and new colleagues join, risking knowledge loss and slower onboarding processes. GrowthPilot is an AI-powered knowledge-sharing prototype designed to preserve and activate Bechtle’s long-built organizational expertise. It visualizes knowledge as a virtual garden, where every insight becomes a seed that can grow, evolve, and be reused. Experienced employees can easily contribute their know-how with minimal effort, reducing barriers to knowledge sharing. New colleagues benefit from intelligent chatbots that guide them quickly to relevant information, accelerating onboarding and daily problem-solving. By structuring knowledge organically and making it accessible through conversational AI, GrowthPilot ensures that valuable expertise remains available even as generations change. The prototype supports continuous learning, fosters collaboration across teams, and helps the company maintain productivity and innovation in the long term.
