About the prototype

There is a knowledge gap between worker generations: it is available, but difficult to access, resulting in slower onboarding and decision-making. AI agents are viewed as a way to make knowledge a transparent and understandable shared resource.

Brand Brain identifies employees retiring in 6-8 months with specialised knowledge and scans internal company databases for knowledge gaps to generate questions. It initiates monthly 15-min interview calls with context questions, within the retiree's availability, and adds the collected contextual knowledge and experiences, combined with historical data, to the database. In the end, BB delivers the knowledge to newcomers via the AI assistant bot and fills in the identified knowledge gaps in the database. BB proactively reaches out to retirees, uses voice in interviews to meet workers' needs, and asks context-based questions, documenting tacit knowledge to assist newcomers with their queries by providing valid responses. As a result, the transfer system ensures knowledge and handover accuracy (80%), while the assistant bot boosts accessibility, thereby tripling onboarding speed.
